By accessing the Website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Website or purchase our products.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Your continued use of the Website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Section 3 - Age restriction and verification
IMPORTANT: Our products contain alcohol and are intended for purchase and consumption only by persons aged 18 years or older. By using the Website and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
3.1 Age Verification
We operate a "Challenge 25" policy. This means:
• You may be required to verify your age before accessing certain parts of the Website or completing a purchase.
• Our delivery partners will check identification upon delivery if the recipient appears to be under 25 years of age.
• Acceptable forms of identification include a valid passport, driving licence, or PASS-accredited proof of age card.

Section 5 - Orders and Contract Formation
5.1 Placing an Order
When you place an order through the Website, you are making an offer to purchase products from us. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order ("Order Confirmation"). Please note that this acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of your order.
5.2 Contract Formation
A legally binding contract between you and us is formed when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation email. Until that point, we reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraud.
5.3 Order Cancellation by Us
We may cancel an order at any time before dispatch if:
• The product is unavailable
• We identify a pricing or product description error
• We are unable to verify your age or identity
• We suspect fraud or unauthorised payment
• The delivery address is outside our delivery area
If we cancel your order, we will refund any payment you have made in full.

All prices displayed on the Website are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout and are added to the total order value.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time you place your order, except in cases of obvious pricing errors.
6.3 Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider, Shopify Payments, and other integrated payment services. We do not store your full payment card details.
6.4 Payment Security
All payment transactions are encrypted and processed through secure payment gateways. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and that you have sufficient funds or credit available.
Section 7 - Delivery
7.1 Delivery Area
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not ship to addresses outside the UK. Some remote areas may be subject to extended delivery times or additional charges, which will be communicated at checkout.
7.2 Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. While we aim to meet these estimates, delivery times are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier delays, adverse weather, or national disruptions.
7.3 Delivery Requirements
Deliveries must be received by a person aged 18 or over who can provide valid identification if requested. Deliveries cannot be left unattended or with a minor. If delivery is unsuccessful due to no suitable recipient being available, you may be charged for redelivery.
7.4 Risk and Ownership
Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of the products passes to you when we receive full payment.
Section 8 - Your Account
If you create an account on the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we suspect any breach of these Terms or fraudulent activity.
Section 9 - Cancellation and Returns
9.1 Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your products without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by emailing king@reignrum.com or by any other clear statement.
9.2 Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return and refund:
• Products must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale
• Products must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation
• You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the products to us
9.3 Exceptions
We cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or where the seal has been broken, unless the product is faulty or not as described. Personalised or custom products are non-refundable unless faulty.
9.4 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned products, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method. We may deduct from the refund any reduction in the value of the products resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Section 10 - Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive products that are faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at king@reignrum.com within 30 days of receipt, providing photographs and details of the issue. Subject to verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund including any delivery costs. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these Terms.
Section 11 - Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Kween Spirit Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from the Website without our prior written consent.
Section 12 - Limitation of Liability
12.1 Our Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for:
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses
• Loss of profits, business, data, or goodwill
• Any losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control
12.2 Maximum Liability
Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that order.
12.3 Nothing Excluded
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kween Spirit Limited, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Website, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Website and purchase of products.
14.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
14.4 Assignment
We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation without your consent. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations without our prior written consent.
