Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Reign Rum. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right.
Damaged or faulty orders
If your order arrives damaged or there's a fault with the product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at king@reignrum.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Incorrect orders
If you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours and we'll resolve it promptly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Change of mind
As alcohol is a sealed perishable product, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind once the seal has been broken. Unopened, sealed bottles may be returned within 14 days of delivery — please contact us at king@reignrum.com to arrange this.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once your order has shipped, we're unable to cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible at king@reignrum.com if you need to cancel.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
